Axemen Lacrosse Club 2023 AGM has been scheduled for November 22nd, 2023 7PM in person at Cardel Rec - Canadiens Room(Back of rink 3)
Members in attendance will be placed in a draw for an opportunity to win:
FREE registration for the 2024 season
FREE registration for Session 1 and Session 2 Calgary Axemen Winter Camps
At the AGM members of our 2024 Board of Directors, will be elected; below is a list of positions that are up for election, their term and any prerequisite.
Voting Member - Members in good standing over the age of 18 shall be entitled to one vote and a majority of the votes cast shall determine all matters except where a special resolution is required.
Calgary Axemen Lacrosse club will be voting to adopt new by-laws to conform with AGLC regulations.
Draft Bylaws 2023
Calgary Axemen Lacrosee Club will be voting to adopt new board structure to streamline structure and conform to new by-laws noted above.

All candidates will be given an opportunity to address the membership prior to their casting votes for the position.

JR Coordinator - is looking to mentor a new JR. Coordinator

Evaluations Coordinator - incumbent has indicated that they will seek re-election
