Hello Everyone! We will be having a team BBQ in the parking lot on May 4th after our 12:30 game. I have included a google sheet link at the bottom of this email for each family to fill in. It contains 2 tabs that require your attention. 1. Sign Up: Please sign up to bring an item or help. I have included 2 columns as some jobs/items would benefit from more than 1 family's help. If the square is blacked out, a second family is not needed. 2. RSVP: Please write the number of people that will be attending the BBQ (including your player) beside your player’s name. *This is a bring your own chair event.
