New Game Results Reporting Process for 2021
Managers/Coaches are responsible to see that all game sheets and referee incident reports, if any, are completed correctly and scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of a game.
** Our preference is that you use PDF files because they are much smaller and manageable to upload. There are many free PDF apps for phones and tablets that you can use for this.
The “HOME” team, as shown on the website schedule, is responsible for emailing the scanned copy of the game sheet within 24 Hours of completion of that game.
Gamesheet Information - All that is required on gamesheets is:
• game information (game number / date / time / location / teams / age group / division)
• team rosters for each team
• coach and manager information
• major penalties and game incidents
• game stats (goals and minor penalties) is optional
• referee information (and signatures)
Exhibition Game Process for 2021
Complete the online exhibition game request form at http://www.calgarylacrosse.com/form/4815
** Try to schedule 2 games back to back as this will increase the likelihood of you getting referees for your game. Back to back games should be as close to the same division as possible (ie: 12U and 14U game or 14U and 16U) **
The form will ask if you want referees. If you request referees, it is NOT A GUARANTEE THAT REFEREES WILL BE ASSIGNED. If and when referees are assigned to your game, you will be sent a verification email from the CDLA Referee In Chief.
Scan and email the completed game sheet to email@example.com.
