Hi Team,

The Roughnecks just sent out a correction email to their original messaging.  Here are the details:

We have a small correction for Saturday’s high-five tunnel experiences!  With 10 teams taking part in the MEGA high five tunnel, we are going to have a check-in desk where we will be getting teams wrist banded to be able to get access in and out of the Saddledome to be able to take your team’s down to event level.  With the addition of the check-in desk and the timing needed for wrist banding we ask you arrive at the CGY team store on the east concourse for 6:10PM. We will still be heading down to the event level at 6:30pm sharp!  My apologies for the miscommunication on the original arrival time.

Here is the updated information for the high five tunnel experience:  

• Arrival: Calgary Sports and Entertainment staff member will meet the team outside the CGY Team Store on the East concourse,(see map) at 6:10pm.  Players will head down to event level at 6:30 sharp. Please plan to be at the Saddledome by 6:00pm to ensure you have enough time to find the location.  
• Attire - We will wear our dark jerseys for this experience.  Chantel is going to bring the dark jerseys to practice today (Wednesday, April 16th) for everyone to take home.  Each player will be responsible for bringing their jersey to the Roughnecks game on Saturday and then returning it to Chantel at our game on Monday.  Please make sure your child is very careful with their jersey.  We don't want any jerseys going missing or getting stained during the event.  
• Participants - Only players and 2 coaches are permitted to access the high give tunnel.  Sorry, parents/siblings!  
• Tiki Party - It's Tiki night!  Be sure to dress in Hawaiian shirts, floral prints, leis, etc!

You should receive your player/coach ticket from me by Thursday, April 17th at the email you provided on this spreadsheet.  Please accept these tickets promptly to ensure we do not run into any problems on game day.
