I hope you're all doing well!
To help support the remainder of our season, we need to do a little more fundraising, so we'll be holding another bottle drive on Sunday, June 14.
The bottle drive will take place immediately after Sunday practice at the New Brighton Community Association parking lot. Once we're finished, we'll be providing lunch for everyone—Taco in a Bag!
To make the bottle drive as efficient as possible, we'll split into groups and head out right away, then meet back at the bottle depot truck in New Brighton. I also have a few extra garbage bags left over from our last bottle drive and will bring them along in case we need them.
We are looking for 7–9 volunteer truck drivers to help make the event run smoothly. If you're willing to drive your truck with two players and another adult, please let us know as soon as possible.
Brad will create a list of pre-assigned groups so that we can get everyone organized and out on the road quickly once practice wraps up.
We'll plan to meet at the bottle depot truck immediately after practice, around 10:15–10:30 a.m.
